Case Studies
Beauly Denny OHL
Wild Surveys have been the ECoW on the Beauly Denny (southern section) OHL project since its beginning in 2013.
The 20km section of new overhead line has been successfully constructed and connected. Wild Surveys was responsible for all species protection licensing, surveys and monitoring of the construction of the route, which is now continuing with the dismantling works of the pre-existing infrastructure.

Barratt
Wild Surveys have worked with Barratt (Scotland) over the last four years carrying out ecological assessment of proposed development sites. We have applied for and provided advice on species licensing and surveys.

Bats In Trees
We have also undertaken several tree climbing surveys for bats for several clients including the Forestry Commission Scotland, North Lanarkshire Council, Atkins, Jacobs and Scottish Water. We have seven qualified tree climbers, four of which have personal bat licenses.
